Looking for a particular CZ scope rail

Looking for a CZ 1070-9057 Weaver Rail for 457 Rifle. Not interested in any other rails. Does anyone know where I could order one of these from? Tenda had them but they've been out of stock for a while and I can't find them anywhere else.
