Looking for a Canadian rifle builder. Brief details of the build I want is a .408 cheytac, single shot, nightforce scope, carbon wrapped barrel..... Long story short I want a gun for shooting targets 2000+ yards. Who in saskatchewan/alberta can build this rifle. I have a place lined up out of the US that has the full build details but a Canadian builder would be much more convenient.
 
Gotta be some type of competent gunsmith in one of those provinces. I'd bet if you did some reading around here you would find one.

Think you'll have trouble with the carbon wrapped barrel - if memory serves neither
of the companies that do it are set up with the State Dep't for exporting out of the U.S.
 
Carbon wrapped barrel is something I would NEVER choose to own. Ahh the marvels of mass marketing and gun rags. Makes a man go crazy in the head..........................
 
last time I checked, I'm sure it was Mike Rock barrels were working with the folks that do this. Alberta Tactical is the place you want to ask.
