looking for a rifle powder charging die

im getting setup for reloading 223, and am looking for a powder charging die.
I'll be using a lee turret press. Anything you all recommend?
I was thinking of going with the lee universal charging die.

Also do any of you use a case expander for 223?
how hard is it to start the bullet seating with out expanding first?

I also use a Lee 4 hole turret press for reloading 223. I have removed the auto indexing rod so I can just have it set on one process/funtion. First I polish the brass. Then I lube the cases and resize and deprime the case. Next I clean the lube off. Then I trim to length, bevel and chamfer the case mouth. Then I reprime the cases. Next I put all 50 of them into a loading block and measure each powder throw and pour it into the case. Then I seat the bullet into the case, no case expanding required. I do 50 at a time.
