Looking for a rifled slug barrel for Benelli Nova

Hey folks,

I own a Benelli Nova that I am considering trading.. One of the reasons is b/c I am trying to locate a deer barrel that is not going to cost me the same price as the Benelli I own! They seem to be hard to come by..

Is there an alternative to an original that would be cheaper? Do other barrels match up with a Nova? Short of selling or trading it (I can't own another shotgun at this point in time) for a slug gun or a combo, what could i do?

Any help in the right direction would be most appreciated!
 
I came across this post on an american forum.. says this barrel works for Benelli:

Can someone confirm this?
 
"...Ithica Canalever barrel..." Doesn't mean it'll be any easier to get though.
