Looking for a scope rail for a Mini-14 - Suggestions?

I just picked up a Mini-14 Target, and looking to mount a Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14x50 which is just a bit to tall for the included rings that came with the rife, so I have 2 choices - either taller Ruger Rings or a Ruger to Weaver/Picatinny rail mount. I am leaning toward the rail option as it should give me more mount options.

After doing some reached, I sourced out a few mounts that I found available in Canada -

D-Squared - Ruger 96/44, M77/22, M77/44, M77/ ML Mini 14 & Mini 30 Ranch P/N 14508

NcStar Mount - Mini 14/30 Scope Mount P/N NcS-MRUB

I also saw this -
Weigand Combat RUGER Mini 14 Ranch Rifle

But can't find a Canadian distributor.

So anyone used any of these mounts? Found anything better? I am looking for something that is quality built and will last. I would prefer a picatinny spec'ed (instead of weaver) rail and steel or stainless steel. But sometimes beggars can't be choosers

NcStar Mount for Leica scope?

Like putting 3000 dollar rims on a 1500 civic?

We I did say 'Beggars can't be choosers' there is just not alot of options avaibale that we can get in Canada. The NcStar is not my first choice either

Anyone else have any suggestions?
