Looking for a scope with second focal plane reticle

I've got maybe around $1000 to spend, but I'll be picking it up in the States when I go down for the summer, so keep in mind you can get a NIB Zeiss conquest for 500-600 bucks there...

My parameters:
second focal plane reticle
adjustible objective/paralax
between 44 and 50mm objective
30mm tube
under 15" long
adjustible magnification to preferably 14-16x. I'll settle for 10 though.


any ideas?

Don't forget the Export Permit

However you get it in the USA, an Export permit will be required. Canada Customs doesn't care, as long as you declare and pay taxes, but it is an offence to Export it form the USA without a permit.

Yeah I know. I'm down there for 4 months, I've got plenty of time for the permits. Thanks for the heads up though.
