Maybe try with alberta tac. rifle (he who shall not be named around here, but he hangs out on the 'other' forums - canadian gun slingers). I know he's always working on getting 50 BMG powders, and if there's any 8700 around he'd probably know where. Otherwise, I'm sure he could hook you up with something similar, like US869 or H5010/H50BMG
