Looking for a tactical non resticted .22. Price isn't an issue. I already have a ruger sr22 and I love the gun. I am just really sick of the 10 shot clips. Having had 25 round clips in the past. So whats out there beyond what you see on the cabelas website?

I haven’t shot one but if I were looking for a tactical .22 I would look at the CZ 512 tactical.

Why not buy the magwell adaptor for the 597 mags? Fits the Ruger, and gets you back to25 rds. A lot more financially feasable than a whole new gun. Just a thought.

Those mag do not fit into the sr22 without modifacation. I have been talking with them directly about those mags and my gun.

I love the look of those arx 160's but they are discontinued and those guys are way too high imo.

Quite interested in one of these with the upgrade to an anshultz barrel. Since the regular ones get really good reviews.

Bought the new gsg 15 with the anshultz barrel and trigger. Quite impressed with this rifle so far. Also extremely nice to not be limited to 10 rounds like my 10/22.

Nice, I've shot about 1000 rounds through an ISSC MK22 and it was flawless.

Both are reliable, accurate and virtually identical besides the stock. You'll enjoy it.

I'll second this. I have an MK22, and love it. Also the remington 597 can be done up in a tactical stock, but doesn't look tactical right outta the box.

Seconded. Won't find better bang for your buck unless you are loaded and do a crazy 10/22 build.
