I'd offer to help except that I am not in BC. If no one offers to help though, reloading is NOT complicated. If you can follow step by step directions, you can teach yourself to reload. All of the reloading manuals show in detail what the steps are and how to do them. This has been posted several times before, but RCBS has a good tutorial on their website:

strangely enough I sent out an email to my S&D guys awhile back about this very thing, and had a decent response too. But knee surgery etc kept me from being able to commit. Perhaps it's time to set this up at the club instead of my basement? we could cover progressive, both auto and manual indexing, single stage, with the various types of rifle dies (standard and competition). I know that the RCBS rep at one time was interested in coming out and doing something to help too.

you're in maple ridge, so PM Curese on the board here and ask him if he can show you the ropes. His name is John Parsons and he own Custom Reloading Service in Maple Ridge. if he doesn't have the time answer here and we'll figure something out for you.

Get the latest Lyman or Lee reloading manual.
Both manuals have step by step instruction on metallic cartridge reloading.
If you want to go really simple, get the lee classic reloader for about $20.00.
Everything else is just a variation and refinement of the basic lee laoder.
