Looking for adjustment turret knobs for Aimpoint M3

I have two Aimpoint M3s, one on each of my Marlin lever rifles. Having developed specific rounds for each rifle, I'm wondering if there are knobs that can be screwed
on to the elevation and windage and manually marked for specific ranges for that load. At the moment I've used an ultra fine point marker showing me adjustment points for 50, 100, 150 and 200 yard impact.
This means I have to unscrew the windage and elevation caps each time, and its becoming some what of a pain.

I've searched Aimpoint and the internet and cant seem to find what I'm looking for.

Any help would be appreciated.

Red dots are generally designed to be zeroed for one distance and then not touched after that. I've never seen something like what you're asking for that is designed for an Aimpoint.

Have you tested where the bullet impacts at those distances with a fixed zero, i.e. 150 yards? You may find that they're all very close to that 150 yard zero.

I developed a 1/2 " grouping load zeroed at 50 yards. Moved the target to 100 and clicked up until I was target center. Did the same at 150 and 200.
Will have to try the zero at 150 and see where my loads take me from there.
I have a Marlin 94 in 45 colt. These 300 grainers are only running about 1100 fps..
