Hello all, I'm located in BC in the Slocan Valley and I'm interested in getting into IPSC and 3gun. I'm struggling to decided which group(s) to join. Nelson rod and gun club, Castlegar pistol club, west kootenay marksmen, Trail Wildlife Ass, etc, etc... I used to shoot at the Grandforks range, but currently don't have a membership to shoot anywhere. I liked the G.F. range as I could shoot pistols, rifles, and shotgun all at one location. (although its about 1.5hrs one way to my place.) I see some action shooting events in Castlegar, Nelson, and Trail any of which is a closer drive... where do I get "the most bang for my buck?"
I'm looking to shoot a variety of firearms at one (semi local) range with the option to get involved in an organized shooting sport. Unfortunately, google has failed me, so I'm looking for someone willing to share some inside knowledge.
