Looking for aftermarket parts for a Cz452

Does anyone know where to get a 20 MOA rail for a Cz452? I'm also looking for a thread adapter to use 1/2-28 muzzle devices. Any thoughts? Thanks, Mark

Conversely J&P adaptors and Burris Signature Zee rings will get you 20MOA in a more low-profile package.
