For trap/skeet stick to O/U, and look for a good used Citori or Beretta. If you don't like the clays sports, you will be able to sell it and get most of your money back, if you become addicted, it will last many years. A cheap Turkish made gun, generally won't stand up to high volume clays shooting, and depreciation on then is high. Avoid a trap gun, if you have an interest in skeet or sporting clays, it's easier to shoot trap with a skeet gun, than skeet with a trap gun, because trap guns typically shoot much higher. With the exception of the Winchester 21, and Browning BSS, most SxS guns won't stand up to high volume shooting, most are meant to be light for carrying in the field.
