I bought my Kidd 2 stage trigger assembly through Fabsports. If you want Kidd I think he is the only one in Canada. Fantastic trigger assembly BTW, I've got mine set at 14 ounces for the first stage and 7 ounces for the second stage.

I bought a Timney set up from Mystic Presicion. Install takes 5 mins and is just as easy as popping in a whole unit.
