Looking for either the individual C7 rifle cleaning kit or the bigger section cleaning kit.

Since I'm down south it would need to be from someplace that exports to the US.

Sorry, they are ITARed. You need an import certificate signed by the US State Dept, and Homeland Security. You will then have to apply to Canadian External Affairs and obtain an export certificate.
