Looking for Calgary Gunsmith 2 tap receiver on Akkar Churchill 12 guage

Looking for a gunsmith in Calgary to drill and tap the receiver on a cheap Akkar Churchill defender 12 guage so I can mount a rail.

Any recommendations?
