looking for cheek pad advice

I would like to fit a cheek pad on my savage rifle (original stock). Any advice on a brand that would work with a savage long bolt action?

If its a wood stock, the leather ones look cool and work. A synthetic stock would be better dressed with a poly slip over job. Look around on the net, then check the major mailorder stores to see if they have it.

Synthetic weather warrior, and a 3200 bushnell scope. The scope makes you get real close and personal with not much eye relief. Just wondering if others have cheek pads on their hunting rifles and have gained added confort and stablility when taking the shot.
