Looking for contact info for PAL/RPAL instructors course

Asked an Ontario Instructor today, he said if you look on the CFC wed site there should be contact info. In Ontario he said the MNR also can be contacted not sure about Manitoba.
 
I called the MB CFOs office and they are sending an ap.
Funny thing is that they said,
"when we need more instructors we will call you."

So I said, When did you guys start picking and choosing?
I'm at the end of the road in the middle of nowhere and getting anyone here to teach is harder than you think.
Most people here work a 4 on 4 off sched.
(days and nights)
We need an instructor here.

I'll send it in and see what happens.

Now I just have to line up a hunter safety instructors
course.
