Looking for CZ airgun parts

A friend of mine has a CZ 630 Slavia model 77 in .177 with a front sight that has disappeared. I'm not much of an airgun guy so I don't know where to begin the search. It has a dovetail cut at the muzzle to accept a clamp on style sight.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Out of curiosity, is there a preferred method to oiling the leather seal in the (really) old CZ rifles? Would a shot of a synthetic gun oil into the front port be good enough? But how often ?
