Looking for gunsmith with .254 neck reamer

I would like to turn my 22PPC tight neck to a no-turn neck.
From the information I have found, .254 neck opening would be the ticket.
Please PM me if you have what is needed to get this done plus cost to complete the work.

I have a .253 chucking reamer I use to open to .253".
