Yes you can use standard .45ACP dies, they work just fine. I've loaded about 4k reloads for my G37 with seven powder types and about two dozen bullet types. Use regular .45 caliber bullets, anything from 185gr. up to 230gr. work good. I've had the best luck with Titegroup and Longshot powders.
Loading up rounds is pretty straight forward, the best sources of load data are the Hodgdon annual manuals and the Lyman #3 Revolver and Pistol Manual (a must for .45GAP loading IMO). Use a slight taper crimp, the whole process is pretty much the same as the other pistol calibers.
