Looking for help, Remington model 8 value

As the title states im looking to get a value on a Remington model 8 I've acquired. Chambered in .35 rem. Date of manufacture is 1918 according to Remington. Has a set of marble sights (tang and a flip up express style). I can email pictures to anyone who can give me an idea on value.
