Looking for how-to: replacing CZ extractor spring

Like the title says... This subject was touched upon in another thread, but I didn't want to hijack.

I have no idea what happens to the extractor spring after 5,000 rounds - but I will order spares, as suggested. Does anyone have a link to the how-tos, with pictures if possible - I am mechanically challenged sometimes...
