The annual magazine for Glock fanciers has an ad inside the back cover, if you are interested, I will forward the info to you when I get home.

I am presently vacationing on the Canadian Riviera; Saskatoon. will be home next week though!

Most "affordable" CO2 laser engravers will not engrave in metal. They will mark if a chemical such as Cermark is applied first. They will engrave through many synthetic polymer type materials with varying results such as those used in pistol frames. Blueing and coatings like those on Glock slides doesn't mark very well.

well any info would be good.

I've been looking around myself. Entry level CO2 is around 15,000+. You can "mark" metal but not engrave. I believe you need ND:YAG to engrave metal and the cost is BIG BUCKS!

I would check out the cnczone.com. I have no specific info, but that is the place that has all the best home builder, cheap builder tech.

Is the aluminum "engraved" or is the annodizing burnt away? Doesn't take much power to do that.
