I am in need of a Lyman bullet mould #350319. A friend of mine who is into using old guns has a Winchester .351 Self Loading rifle. He wants to do some deer hunting out west. He better keep close to the deer, that bullet is not rated too well for any great distance... any assistance in directing me would be appreciated. -Rick.

Chances of finding that mold, especially on short notice are very low. If/when you do find it, you will likely pay over $150 for a single cavity, unless the seller is ignorant of its rarity. A collector mold for sure.

Shooters are better off getting a custom mold made up from a place like "Mountain Molds" in the US (~$110 for a single) than trying to buy an original.

I shoot that cartridge and here's what I do: I Just use a mold for the common 9mm or 38/357 and size it down to about 0.352". My bore slugs 0.3515", so I went 0.352".

A poor choice for a deer gun, but if he must use it, I'd stay within 75 yds. The 401 WSL was a much better deer cartridge, but still marginal.
