Looking for non lar 7.62x39 ar magazines.

Are there any 7.62x39 ar mags in Canada? I know there is issues with feeding from these with there not being enough angle on the mag but with only 5 rnds I don't see this being a huge problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry the only ones I can think of are the ASC 5/20 and 5/30 but I haven't seen them in a while. Maybe ask CTCS if they plan on getting any soon?

There is the youtube vid on how to slightly modify your LAR x39 10rd mags to work better.
The tweaks were beneficial on the LAR mags I use.

What issues do you know about?
I have 20+ x39 XCR pistol mags. Never once had an issue that was related to a tapered case.

My lar mags work fine just like running drills with full size mags.

x39 XCR pistol mags are what you seek. I have GS Design extensions on them and use them in my x39 AR; they are flawless.

I'm also interested in purchasing some full sized mags. Haven't seen them for sale ever. CTCS has had them out of stock for a long time. Join the emailing list for that specific product.
