hi iam looking for any eagle baby owners looking for feed back pro's and con's
i am looking at it in 40 or any other feed back on any other hand guns would be nice!

I had one last year in 9mm caliber, chromed...what a lemon !
I sold it because was not out of the box accurate
To adjust the fixed sights was a pain as long as there is no warranty of this pistols in Canada and I was not willing to pay extra bucks and get fixed by a gunsmith.
Another problem... when I was using decocker lever, the trigger top lock-noth pinch my finger skin big time... for sure I'll never buy one again!

FWIW, I had a 'blued' 9mm Baby Eagle. It was extremely accurate and reliable with one of the best out of the box triggers I've encountered. With that said I sold mine. It functioned well but roll pins would drift out on it after 100-200 rounds depending on the pin. Lock tite didn't help and I didn't want to replace them (undersized pins or poor manufacturing quality control). The roll pin issue was mentioned by a few others I know who own one and I lost faith in this 'issued IAF service pistol' despite it's wonderful trigger, accuracy and 'reliablity'....

The local Rent-A-Gun range had one that I shot a fair amount. It was highest on my list for my first handgun until I got to shoot a CZ Shadow. If you're getting it for a decent price you won't go wrong. A great gun that could easily serve well for some match shooting thanks to the weight which controls recoil.

Also BE and CZ mags are cross compatible for fit. Althrough in trying a BE mag in my Shadow it didn't lock the slide back but my CZ mags in the BE locked that one back fine. LIkely just a minor adjustment and it would take the CZ mags. Or just don't worry about it. It's only an issue for locking back on empty. For shooting the mags work just fine when swapped either way. And both the BE and CZ mags look like they came from the same production line.

I purchased a Baby Eagle in .40 S&W about 3 weeks ago and have taken it to the range a couple of times already. The pistol is very accurate right out of the box. It is a heavy gun too. Really like the trigger as well.

I could be wrong, but I think owning Eagle Baby's is illegal, especially 40 of them

LMAO

But why would you want a eagle when there are alot better guns out there for the money they are not the best bang for the buck thats for sure I mean its nothing special soo why risk it buy something you know has good warranty good source for parts...If you want a eagle buy a desert eagle in 50 or 44
