Looking for PH 1200 C 270 win info...

I have a Parker Hale 1200 C chambered for 270 Win, I haven't had any luck finding the year of manufacture, or the twist rate of the barrel, etc... It shoots extremely well for only having an old Redfield Frontier 4x scope using Hornady Custom 130 SST's, and would like to what it can do with handloads....

I would like to know a little more about the rifle but have had no luck with my searches, would someone here be able to point me in the right direction?

Is there a way to determine the twist rate? I do know it has a 24" barrel, but I am not confident in guessing the twist by using a bore scope and guessing, lol.

I have the original brochure for mine still. Nothing in the brochure about the twist rate in the specs.

Mine looks like the top one, except it has skip line checkering....

Actually, I may be wrong on the model, since it has no model markings, same as all PH's I have seen. It has a stock like the top above, Monte Carlo rollover cheek, skip line checkering, rosewood cap and forend, detachable magazine, hooded front sight, glossy finish, 24" barrel, etc... all in decent shape except for the recoil pad, it looks like it has melted for some reason.
