It's tough Rob, I have been unsuccessfully trying to hunt turkey for a couple seasons, no one wants to give up their spots. Good luck though.
FYI, its quite a drive, but apparently people can be quite successful on public lands near turkey point.

Rob you are not willing to pay,never ever ever.
Look a little west of Scotland ,that area has public hunting areas and Turkey point.
Or keep knocking on doors.
Hunters will give you all the free advise you could ask for but they will not share there areas with anyone.
