Well im looking at all the bits i need to start to develop a load for my rifle.

here we go.

rifle is Browning A-Bolt Medallion. in a 300 win mag with a BOSS.
26" barrel 1 in 10" rate of twist.

currently shooting 180 gr winchester ammo and have about 200 - 300 brass built up.

i originally thought about going with a lighter bullet ( 165 or 168 ) but decided that a 180 or 200 grain will probably be better suited.

bullet choices:

Barnes triple shock X - 180 gr. or 200 gr.

OR

Nosler accubonds in the same weights.

Powder choices:

ive narrowed it down to RL22 or H4831sc

and what does everyone suggest for primers.

What does your reloading manual call for? Magnum or large rifle? Brand is not that important as primers are hard to find lately.

75 grs of re22, 168 gr tsx, fed mag primer, rp brass.

In my Sako AV delivered just under 3200 fps from a 24" barrel, accurate hits very hard, killed the moose in my avatar with one shot and a couple of truck loads of other stuff.

What does your manual call for? Large Rifle or Magnum Large Rifle? I would use what the data calls for to start with, assuming you can find them.
