That said, unless you reallllly have your heart set on the shorty barrel, the Non restricted is really worth a look. I have one of them, and being able to take them into the bush is really nice.
I took mine out for a three day trip a week or two ago, and the weather was snow and freezing rain. The gun was coated in 1/4" of ice at one point in the trip.
Slammed a mag in, broke the ice off the charging handle by wacking it a few times, and did the same to turn the safety off, and it fired the whole mag without missing a beat.
A surprisingly reliable gun once you break it in. (Took about 150 rounds for mine to start humming.)
