Hi all. I'm looking for reviews about the Vortex Diamondback HP 2-8X32. I was looking for a good quality scope with side parallax adjustment. I want to mount it as low as possible on a 452 LUX without having to take off rear sight. For now i have a Sightron 2-7X35 rimfire on it. If i hear good reviews and when i get the funds i think i'll get this Vortex. Looks promessing.

Appears that not many are used by Gunnutz. So i just put one on layaway at Wolverine. I'm sure it will be perfect for my needs. A also learned that Vortex offers a discount!! 295$ instead of 359$!! Will keep you guys posted.

if you can, go with one of the higher quality/level vortex's. They make some great optics, but they also make some cheapo stuff.

I have one mounted on a cz 527. Works very well, optically pretty decent and am happy with the price. Also, it was one of the few scopes that would fit without removing the rear sight.

Are HP's considered as a higher quality of Vortex's?
