Not sure if this is the right place for this but I am wondeing where I could find a rimfire delling tree?? Would be great to be able to pick one up in AB but I guess ordering one in is always an option. Anyone know?

Mine is a Champion but I see on their website that they don't list the .22 one anymore and I don't know how well the 44 Mag one would work with .22. Brownells lists one at $135 but I don't know what shipping would cost. Have you tried the search on here?

I wonder if the reason they were discontinued is due to crappy quality. Be nice to hear from someone who has one, because I been thinking of picking one up for a while now, and I see them all the time in the US for $40 for an 8 target one made by "Steel Roundup" and $60 for the 6 target "Champion" model.

I have the Champion and it has stood up to 10,000+ rounds and still works fine as far as it goes. If you search you will find my statements on why I use but am not totally happy with this target. Read the link I posted above.

I have the Steel Roundup one. I like it but I also find that it takes a lot to get the target to fully swing to the other side - even when the tension is adjusted to the lightest setting. Not the end of the world as the second shot will finish it off but I've been meaning to try greasing the mechanisms in the back to see if that will help. It may also just need a break-in period as I've only taken it out a few times.

It comes with 4 metal stakes for securing it to the ground but I'whcive never been able to get any of them all the way to the ground before they inevitably encounter a rock or root so I always wind up weighting it down with rocks on the base.

I don't have any experience with the Champion one, but on paper the Steel Roundup one seemed like better value (cheaper price and more targets) which is why I chose it...

I bought the champion dueling tree from Wholesale sports and had to grind some of the metal down on the parts that control the flip of the plates from one side to the other. It works great now but took a couple hours to get working well.
