Looking for rings. Need advice.

So, I've got a Tikka T3 Varmint and a Falcon Menace 4.5-18x56 sitting around with no rings.

First I'm wondering what size should I get? I don't want something that's going to sit up really high but I need to clear the large 56mm objective lense.

Next I need to know what are some decent rings for someone on a budget. Burris Xtreme rings sound decent but I have no idea where to find them in Canada.

Any help would be appreciated.

you will want medium or low rings as the high are for single pice bases the T3 has a high mount.
i have them, and they are as tough as burris said they were. but i got high and need low... i will get the xtreem tac low though i like them.
