Having just acquired the tools I am now starting to collect sausage recipes. I am especially interested in pepperoni and garlic (kubasa, polish, ham, etc.) sausage.

Thanks for your recipes and links.

I just go to S.I.R. or Wholesale sports and pick up the Hi Mountain Sausage kits. They make up to 30 lbs and cost about $17.00 . Simple to make and taste great. I will follow this link and see what recipies get posted. I would really like a farmer sausage recipie myself.

Go to Canada Compound in Winnipeg. They have ALL the stuff for the meat industry and a fraction of the price of S I Rippoff! 30 pound units of garlic sausage cost 9 bucks and 18 bucks for enough casings to do 90 pounds or so.

WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED? THEY AREN'T ON Mc PHILLIPS ANY MORE! I BOUGHT A BOOK ON DEER PROCESSING THERE (FOR MY DAD). LOTS OF GOOD RECIPIES IN IT.

yoodle, they were on McPhillips until a few years ago. Now they are located in a smaller building in the west end, Brant or Brantford, somthing like that. Check the directory. Have been buying all my sausage stuff from CC for 20 years. Only wraping paper is cheaper from other suppliers. PM me if ya have any more questions, good luck!
