To test a 'virgin' 3/4" (20mm) plate steel target @ long range, Calgary area. PM me.

I don't have a rifle yet, but got this for when I do and would like to know it'll hold up.

Say 100-1000m, .2xx &.3xx calibers prefered but won't say no to anyone wanting to try it.

Even .50cal is welcome (and kinda really wanted, to test durability), but not under 1000m.

The black ring will be resprayed with sharper lines tomorrow. Paper target (avec .45ACP holes) inserted for size reference.

Plate is 13" wide, black ring is 9.5" wide, orange ring is 5". And you'll need to bring chain if you want to hang it (weighs 40lbs).

* would like to be there for the shooting, but not a neccessity. I'll lend it out if need be, but want video (LOL).

what sort of steel? if it just mild dont expect it to last to long, it will hold up decent at longer rangers 500+ with the 30cals, but will crater, the big boys will just blow right threw it.

if we are talking ar500, then iv seen them shot at 200yd with .338lapua mags with out even a scratch

I'm not sure if it's hardened or not. That's why I need a shooter, or three...

:)

Why don't I pay for you to ship it to Vancouver island, ultimate monk and I will get together and try it out for you. I'll even supply the chain

Fixed that for ya.

;)
