Looking for suggestions or ideas

1. Running a 597VTR currently with a bushnell optical sight looking similar to an ACOG without the pricetag. Currently has no magnification. I am looking for a magnifier to put on the front of the site (2x or 3x at most) so that I can pull it out to 50-100yds.

2. Running a Rem 700 tactical AAC-SD. Because I am a smaller framed person I need to bring the scope back a little bit more, the current cheapish bases (Wanted to keep the whole package under 1000) don't quite cut it and I stretch my neck forward more then I want to. Anyone know of a decent Picatinny one piece base under $100?

2b. Suggestions for muzzle breaks?

1. This will be the first & probaly the only time I will recomend it. For a 22LR the Airsoft cheap nock off crap would most likley do the job. Don't know were to get them though my nephew has 1 on his airsoft rifle and it seems to hold up good and the glass is decent for the $80 price tag.
