Looking for Tavor weapon light and laser ideas

Just looking for recommendations or ideas to mount a weapon light and possibly a laser to the side rail of the tavor. Also how are you mounting the switch?

I was thinking of a micro laser that you would use on a pistol, then I stumbled upon this gem

I actually put the momentary contact pressure switches on the pistol grip so if I want to turn them on I just squeeze tighter on the grip. I also added on/off latching switches instead of momentary contact so they can stay on. It makes it easier to sight in since I don't get much range time.

Lot of good ideas here, liking the surefire setup, it's pretty much where I was thinking of mounting the switch, just wasn't sure about the wire hanging out like that but I guess it wouldn't be to bad.
