Looking for the Sten Project

I tried the searches but cannot re-find the online log of a gent who was building a sten from scratch with the permission/paperwork necessary from the almighty RCMP or CFO etc.
I only saw up to early in the build and would love to know/see what happened with it.
Any help pointing me in the right direction?

Semi automatic sten, or FA? I did not need any paperwork to commence my semi auto mg build, nor do you need permission (although it is a good idea, as they can let you know if what your doing is legal or not). You will need to pass an inspection when finished though. I too am interested in a thread containing build info :).
