Hello everyone.

In the next week or two I'm probably going to purchase a Ruger PC9. At some point shortly after I hope to grab an optic. I'm thinking more than a red dot but nothing too crazy. Maybe a 1.5-4 power or something around there. Been eyeing the Leupold VX Freedom 1.5-4x20 but am looking for other suggestions. Nothing too crazy but maybe around the 200-300 dollar point. Any other suggestions? And does anyone have any feedback on the VX Freedom 1.5-4?

Thanks all.

What are your plans for the rifle? General plinking, varmint hunting, or competition? You will be hard pressed to beat the VX-Freedom for the price.

We are running Freedom optics on a couple of our demo rifles, with great success. Something to keep in mind, all Leupold rifle scopes are hand assembled in Oregon, and carry a lifetime guarantee.

I have a Vortex Sparc2 on my CX4 Storm and have been happy with it. No magnification but I have found it to be excellent, holds zero and their warranty is excellent. Should be close to your price point.

Take Care

A Vortex spitfire would be my suggestion. Etched reticle so if the battery dies u still have a functional optic. I have the 1x on my TNW ASR.
