Look up "Tool and Cutter Grinder" in the phone book and see what they can do for you.
Also check with KBC Tools.

There are a couple different suppliers of custom taps and dies if you really think you can do that without botching it with a die.
Way easier, IMO, to find someone with a lathe that will thread it straight and concentric.
South of the border you can try Pacific Tool And Gage. No restrictions of shipping cutting tools, mostly with the shipping it's a Yank thing that they either won't ship for fear of their Government, or they got ripped off by a Canuck and won't again. Or they got tired of fielding complaints about stuff being shipped UPS... or...
You CAN get whatever you want. You just gotta pay and pay and pay, if you really want it!

Arthur b Warner co. sells some great tooling and will ship to Canada.
FWIW screwing airsoft muzzle devices on to real guns is not a good idea. The airsoft stuff, even the metal parts, are not designed to take the muzzle blast of a real firearm.
Almost all airsoft muzzle devices are threaded M14x1L. With all the available thread pitches available why on earth would one choose that one if not to put airsoft stuff on?
