My RMR came with a standard picatiny rail mounting base, but I need something higher.

So I am looking for either a spacer to put between my RMR and mount to raise it. Or even better something like this from Larue. I can not find anywhere in Canada that sells these....

American defense also has one but I like the styling of the Larue much better

I had an American Defense high mount for the RMR I had on my Tavor. I picked it up from The Shooting Edge

(oops I see that stjones posted the same info...)

Thanks that one is kinda plain for my taste and build style, but I guess I have no choice if I can't get anything else

I ended up seeing the American Defense at my range gun store (Target Sports) It was the last one they had so I grabbed it. And my RMR 3.25 came in the mail today from Reliable Gun

old thread

Rampart International (site sponsor) carries Larue, might be able to get it for you

edit: just realized it was an older thread. you'll be happy with ADM. I have one of theirs for my aimpoint and love it!

Thanks I already looked into their site and the one I want seems to be the only LaRue product they dont have in stock...LOL

Maybe one day if I can find someone to supply me one I'll get it, but for now this will do just fine.

I was a little turned off by the big bulky look/shape, but after seeing it in person its actually pocketed out from the bottom. So its lighter then it looks, and there was some time put into machining out the inside for weight savings...
