Looking for Wife

I'll let you guys know. Currently leaning toward the FN just for cool. She is too when I described the reason the firearm was created and what the initial ammunition loads were for/capable of. I gotta admit... it is a cool arse gun.

If I could just convince her she wants a "Judge".

By the way, again for all the people who want me to take her to a range and try things out.... We are way past the Arctic Circle currently... and getting out happens about 3 times every 2 years.... just isn't feasible.

I'm reviving my own thread with a new thought....Anyone have experience with a Five-seveN? Light, easy to shoot with good penetration and service pistol qualities is what I've read. Thoughts?

My first thought about 5.7x28 is, where will I get ammunition?

What military or police force issues them? What credible firearms instructors recommend them? Why is the manual safety lever located where it is? How long can I expect this firearm to be manufactured?

Stay away from the Five-Seven. They're expensive for what you get, as is the ammo.

I have a 1011 single stack and very small man hands, so got some old wood grips, sanded them down, and now the 1911 fits me just great
