looking fore T/C encore sub assembly 's for having custom barrels made up for my pro

I was reading about how you can take the T/C barrel sub assembly and add it to a custom made barrel so just wondering how hard it would be to get in canada
i imagine getting a barrel sub assembly would be easier the getting in a custom made T/C barrel imported in to canada
