They still do.... northern neighbors day. Im not sure if they do an air show though... i think they just have a bunch of planes on display.

I lived in WinterPeg for a year.... i went to school at uni of manitoba. Discovered strippers and tequila... got kicked out. LOL! I have alot of family up there too. I miss going up there every summer with my parents when I was kid. Back then Winterpeg was the BIG city.
