Looking to get my Mule buck cleaned up for a euro mount-Calgary

Like most have already said, if you can do it yourself, do it! I did my first a few years back as a trial and I've done dozens of heads since then, for myself and others.

It's easy do to and cheap. There are plenty of ways to do it, if you can't get a propane burner to do it outside, you can do it inside the house with a cheap sous vide machine which won't stink up the house or on the stove if you are daring enough.

The pressure washing part is easy, when it's simmered long enough, take it to a car wash if you can't do it at home, just clean up after yourself.

40 Vol Hydrogen Peroxide, I get it at Chatters.

DON'T GET IT ON THE ANTLERS, YOUR SKIN OR IN YOUR EYES!

Also, here's a tip, keep your mouth closed when you pressure wash, you're welcome!

Yes, latex gloves and eye protection is a must when using the 40 Volume.

The tricky part is the brain, I use thin needle nose pliers and try to pluck it out in a couple of big pieces.

Check out "White Bone Creations" on youtube he's got some great how to videos.

Boil skull in water and dawn to get the rest of the meat off, pressure wash if needed, small skulls I do a 50/50 mix on water and peroxide bigger skulls 100 percent peroixide for a few hours usually does it. If you want big volumes of peroxide to have around hydroponic stores sell peroxide in big jugs cheap, tape up the bases of your antlers otherwise they will be white to
