Unfortunatly 7.62mm is still having some QC issues but besides them I would say to contact Alberta Tactical Rifle and get them to get you 1 from Brownells as they now carry Fulton Armory products.

Any new bolt will have to be fitted for headspace. Bolts are not drop in parts.

Now day's Brownells stock's not only Smith Enterprise products but also Fulton Armory product's. So we can now order there product's via 3rd party. Although they are over the magical $100 limit you will need a importer's permit & since Rick has 1 and import's from Brownells we can bug him to get us some.

It's funny, Fulton won't ship up here, but Brownells can ship Fulton parts to Canada. In fact, I just got one of Fulton's dummy selector switches through Brownells in the mail last week - no problem getting it here at all.

Alternately, you can get a USGI bolt from the EE, or buy a rifle with one already installed.
