loose ejector on a new np29 normal?

hey guys, i recieved my np29 recently and i noticed that the ejector is rather loose on the frame. i dont know why its attached to the frame in such a fragile looking way. i just get a feeling that it's gonna snap off as soon as the casings start pounding it. someone please tell me i'm wrong and that everything will be a-ok. i'm alone and its cold. and theres wolves after me.

Mines tight, my extractor is kinda loose. Not sure what will happen if you are shooting and it decides to fall out......

It is not common, and it is defective.

Send it back, or fix it.

It shouldn't be loose. Have it restaked or replaced.

It is retained by a small diameter crosspin. Is the pin in place? Is the ejector wobbling because its two legs are a poor fit in the frame? You need to find out why its loose, and decide if it can be readily repaired, or if you should to return it to the seller.
