Loose Flash Hider

Got myself a new "Black Rifle" - an Olympic Arms AR-15 with 11.5 inch barrel.
Works great, but after about 50 rounds or so I noticed the flash hider had come loose. I tried to tighten it, but when tightened down the slots face to the left. There is a washer, but it doesn't seem to make contact when the flash hider is lined up properly. Suggestions?

If you have a peel washer then all you have to do is peel off a couple of layers and retry, repeat as neccessary until the slots are vertical. It's a pain in the ass but it won't cost you a dime.

Like GT says you could get a crushwasher but if your Olympic is A1 style than the peel washer will look better IMHO.
