have a Beretta ES 100 Pintail. Occasionly I find that the choke tube has loosened after a days shooting in the field( loose enough so that I can turn it with my finger in the choke tube) After cleaning the gun I am careful to tighten the tube with choke wrench. Anyone have any suggestions ?

Install the tube with anti-sieze or never-sieze high pressure lubricant (automotive) on the threads. That adds strength to the threads and it may also keep it tighter... it's worth a try.

I would try what Dennis suggests. I am finding with all the screw in choke systems, that manufacturer's attempts to prevent the tubes from seizing, their suggestion of choke lube actually has the same effect as yours. Problem with that is if you don't use lube, try to get the tube out!
